"The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was very good—lots of options. The carpet in the room needed cleaning. The AC in small fitness center wasn’t working, so it was very warm in there. The weight machine was non-functional. It would be nice to replace it with one that works. It was nice that there were free weights, but I’d recommend including 15lbs, 10lbs, and 5lbs dumbbells as well. The price point was good, given that World Cup games were driving prices way up...

"I enjoyed the room with the kitchenette. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room and floor were damp and there was a leak by the bathroom sink, making the floor wet there.. Other than that it was very neat and tidy. A couple stains on some chairs and tables. If I was being very picky, the television was off center of the couch and not able to be viewed unless we're sitting in the corner where there were no other seats. Pool area was nice. "Stayed for the World Cup was a great hotel a bit outside of Downtown but wasn’t a probably getting to watch parties or to the stadium for the game . Staff was great , and the hotel had everything we needed ."
