"Absolutely obsessed with this hotel. It’s been a full week since our stay, and I genuinely have not stopped thinking about it. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The property is absolutely beautiful—every corner is thoughtfully designed, aesthetically stunning, and somehow manages to feel both luxurious and welcoming at the same time. It’s one of those places where you immediately feel relaxed and know you made the right choice. Beyond the gorgeous design, what really made our stay memorable was the hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly. You can tell there’s a strong culture of guest care here because every interaction felt warm and effortless. Whether we had a question, needed assistance, or were simply passing through, everyone made us feel welcomed. The cleanliness was also top-notch. Our room and all of the common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in the guest experience and pays attention to the details. And then there’s the breakfast—easily one of the highlights of our stay. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We looked forward to it every morning and were consistently impressed by the quality. In a time when many hotel stays can feel forgettable, this one truly stood out. The combination of beautiful accommodations, exceptional service, cleanliness, and amazing food made for a perfect experience."

"I recently stayed in this hotel and I had a great experience with the staff and enjoyed the pool and private beach. My room was a junior suite sea view it was amazing! The food could be better. A staff that smiles makes your stay enjoyable and welcomed. 1000 % recommend....i will be back!"

"I love the hotel beach and the one near by that you can see from hotel front entrance and go walking through trail i just felt in love...love to be able to see montains and nature views sounds of birds and how peaceful the hotel is, this is the reason I come back. I loved my balcony view beach nature and montains.. Felt safe and they make sure when you go out to tours to writte your info and drivers info, also when you return. Food can be a bit better specially at dinner time, but I always found something to eat ...UMI restaurant i enjoyed the fried rice was delicious but customers looked at each other cause meat was not completelly cooked need it a bit more time so we didnt eat it , otherwise would have been perfect.. they should add some more obtions for kids at buffet...Room air conditioner felt like was not cool enough couldnt sleep as well some days ..and shower drain didnt work properly water will go.all.over bathroom if you dont put towells. Room keys sometimes didnt work they seemed dated..little things that need to be fix for a better experience...Again none of this stopped me from enjoying my stay had a wondeful time is just to help improve..if you are lookimg for peace, quiet and nature this is the place."

"The front desk agent was very friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of the property was excellent throughout our stay. The restaurant staff could benefit from closer supervision. The restaurant was often empty, which initially made us think the food might not be very good. However, we later realized that the issue was not the food, but rather the staff’s lack of motivation and engagement. On our last evening, we decided to have dinner at the restaurant because we did not feel like going out. The first thing the server told us was that they were “almost closing,” even though it was only 6:30 PM. To help move things along, I placed our order while the rest of my family was getting ready. The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish we ordered was excellent. Compliments to the chef for such a wonderful dining experience. The waitresses and bartender would benefit from additional customer service training. There seemed to be very little effort to engage guests or promote sales. We noticed several people sit down at tables and leave without ordering, which appeared to be a missed opportunity. With a more attentive and welcoming service approach, the restaurant could provide a much better overall guest experience."
