"Quite frankly, at the initial phase of this reservation,I was somewhat disappointed with hotels.com. In the past the reservation was straight forward,no issues nor dealing with the management of the property. However Hans,the property manager was very professional and informative allowing me to relax. The place is immaculate and the vegetation surrounding was just breathtaking. "We had an amazing time. We were traveling with a family of 6. The home is very well laid out and designed. Great location! Perfect for kids too. Each room had its own bathroom and amenities. The owner really thought through small details that improved our experience. We would definitely come back! "
