Quite the place! The rooms are very large and luxurious. They are decorated with style (not the bland usual types we have in ultra modern hotel). This hotel has a soul. There is an attached mall - very convenient- and the pools are big. Great for kids. Good breakfast.

I especially liked how polite and professional the team was throughout my visit. Overall, a great dining experience that matches Mercure’s high standard of hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone staying at the hotel or visiting Garut!
