"Room was clean and comfortable staff was friendly breakfast and patking was great"

"i made a mistake and reserved a smoking room. When I checked in, no non-smoking rooms were available. I could not cancel without losing all my money. The room was Horrible, but that smell was my mistake. The conditions of the room were what you would expect for this price. Much in need of new carpet, painting, and updating. If you don't make a mistake reserving a smoking room, and just need a bed and bath for the night, it will do; as long as you don't set your expectations too high."

"The first room I was in had bedbugs in it, and they did switch me to a second room where the lighting was flickering throughout the night, which also smelled like smoke the male staff at the front while checking in I was very professional"

"Room was very clean, but could use some repair (ripped curtains, large scratches on the door, etc.) Breakfast was nice. Customer service could use some work, took 40+ minutes to get a hair dryer that was not included in the room. Lots of running and yelling in the halls at all hours of the night. "

"Rugs in the hallways had not been vacuumed, the floors were tacky when walking on them, the bathroom had not been vacuumed as there was hair on the floor , the hand towels were red stained, washcloths with holes in them and the shower was slimy. Never mind the tiniest bar of soap ever and it had no suds when wet. Will not frequent this hotel again when traveling. Positive note, the front desk ladies were very courteous and pleasant. "Horrible11th birthday party for my daughter. Pool, rooms, resort, and water park dirty. We had to ask for washcloths and towels which none were avaliable in the room opon arrival. No restaurants or snack bars were open at the water park which made it so where we had no access to food or drink while there unless we left the waterpark. Way understaffed. We booked not knowing expedia does not offer water park passes with the rooms until we got there so we had to pay a extra 70 per person for water...

"Breakfast menu was standard continental fare. Room was clean but dated- carpeting is worn. Bedding was very light and wrinkled- wondered if it in fact had been cleaned from prior stay. No extra blankets in room. Basic amenities with no frills. "
