"I stayed here while attending a family reunion nearby. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern. There was included breakfast but I didn’t partake because it’s offered at the reunion. Very friendly hosts. And a beautiful pool that was so refreshing. Highly recommend and will be back next year!"

"The front desk staff were in a terrible mood. When I checked in, the person was completely expressionless, and at check-out, the person had a really bad attitude. I asked about what it says on the key card holder regarding members being eligible for a short late check-out. They bluntly told me, with a sour face, 'not on weekends.' "The room was great and had an amazing view. The bed was comfy and the invitation to watch the fireworks from the rooftop was a bonus. The staff did not seem to know anything about the area or the rooftop event. The valet were slow and brought our car around and parked it in the lot and we had to go out in the pouring rain to get into it. Parking in Toledo was awful. You couldn't go anywhere if you had to park your car. The lots were charging $15-30 for parking."

"The rooms and the waterpark were disgusting. No cleaning staff in sight. Half of the waterpark equipment and arcade games were broken. Manager was rude but desk staff and waterpark staff were kind and helpful. Expedia booked us a suite and there was not one available so our room downgraded. My parents basic room did not include waterpark passes although Expedia advertised like it did."
