"My stay at Hotel Bekh was unfortunately very disappointing and did not match what was shown in the listing. The photos displayed a proper hotel reception, but in reality, there was no staff present at the reception at any time. When I arrived to leave my luggage, I discovered that the building shown in the listing is not fully a hotel — Hotel Bekh is only one of the tenants inside a larger building, which was never communicated.
