"Love this place. Very convenient for the airport with a nice pool and sun loungers. Sadly the restaurant next door has closed since our last visit but Pingo Doce supermarket is only a short walk for a picnic or they have a cafe. Only improvement would be a kettle in the room!"

"I don’t know anything about the property. I booked the place by mistake via Expedia, and neither the hotel nor Expedia offered any financial relief. It cost 3 days/nights. Instead of the hotel trying to track me down, it was simpler to just register me as a no show and charge for 3 nights."

"Kitchen not well equipped for cooking, just warming up or cooking eggs, very few utensils and no oven. Cleaning staff friendly but not English speaking. Although Expedia stated that a hair drier available on request, we requested one and were told by the reception person that it was not available! Really disappointing, but parking very easy and location ok to walk to oldtown/ center town, although not always through sidewalks, watch the traffic and walk fast. "

"Clean room, friendly staff, very fast Wifi. Fantastic location. Very silly TV location. You can comfortably watch it sitting on the cooking stove haha. Still recommend "

"Comfortable beds. A good choice at breakfast, mainly continental style, with a few hot items and eggs cooked on request. There is a small but very well kept pool area and a reasonably priced hotel bar. Location - 10 minute walk to Vilamoura marina, 10 minutes to the nearest beach, slightly longer to walk to Quarteira centre. The nearest restaurants and bars were a 5 minute walk. Free, covered car parking. We had a very pleasant stay."

"Fantastic yet again! We’re often travelling to Quinta do Lago and always stay at the Conrad. The renovation to the the restaurant, reception and poolside is beautifully done. Thanks to all at the Conrad Algarve. We’ll see you again."

"Generally good value for money and good as stopover after arriving at nearby Faro airport but we were disappointed not to have any coffee or tea making facilities in the room."

"This property and entire experience was excellent. The staff at the hotel and restaurant are really extraordinarily good. The food was excellent both for breakfast and at the restaurant. The pool is beautiful and people were using it while we were there even though it was mid April and lovely warm. This is a wonderful find and we look forward to going back. The grounds are beautifully maintained and there is a farm animal area to visit which is lovely and fun!"

"The ultimate escape to real luxury with genuinely fine people. I loved the restored 19th-century palace with very spacious and sleek bedrooms that opened up to individual, private patios fronted by lovely gardens and singing birds. The swimming pool was fresh water, and if you got chilly in the spring weather you could jump into the steam room or sauna. Views of the countryside from the terraces were spectacular. The cuisine was very well prepared, a good fusion of traditional Portuguese food...

"The hotel is really nice, the lobby always smelt so nice! The room itself was very spacious and had partial sea view. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach but beware the hotel is situated on quite a steep hill, going down is fine but I can't say the same for going back up. There are many shops local which is great for g stocking up the spacious cupboards in the hotel room. Opposite the hotel is a 24hr snack hub. Snacks ranging from crisps and chocolates to burgers. "One lift was ok in evening but had failed in morning. No notice on upper floors so time wasted waiting for a lift that never came."
