"Great location, helpfull staff and excellent breakfast"

"We were thrilled by our experience at this hotel. Beautiful location. The amenities were far beyond what we would have expected considering its size. The restaurant ambience, food and staff were amazing. But where it really stood out was in its response to an emergency. My wife and I both got food poisoning before arriving. That put a damper on our energy and appetite, but also caused me to pass out from vomiting, causing me to injure my head at around 3 AM (absolutely no fault of the hotel). The hotel staff quickly took charge of the situation, summoning an ambulance and assisting my wife as I regained consciousness. I was kept in the hospital for stiches and observation, and we returned the next morning only a few hours before our scheduled checkout. The hotel had anticipated the impact the medical emergency might have on our travel schedule, had cleaned our room and blocked it from being let to another guest while reserving it for our use. They told us we could check out as late as we wanted and should focus on our wellbeing. They told us the restaurant was instructed to do its best to prepare whatever meal we needed even if not on the menu. Then they offered to ease our schedule by arranging with our next hotel so we could delay our arrival one more night, allowing us a full day and night to recover from the incident. From check in to check out, and every moment in between, every one of our staff encounters was stellar. Wonderful support. When we eventually checked out"

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. The bathroom itself was fine, but the amenities were disappointing. Although they were technically new and unopened, they looked as if they had been handled by many people before. It seemed the cleaner hadn’t replaced them in a long time, which gave the hotel a cheap impression. The kitchen closed at 10:00 pm, and when I arrived at 10:15 pm, there was no option to eat at the hotel. Instead, the staff suggested I download a delivery app and order food myself. In Spain, where late dining is common, this was quite surprising and inconvenient."
