"The property was a beautiful. Cypress tree driveway, excellent pool, very nicely finished clean rooms & bathroom. The chef was on the whole very good. Located within 10km of Matera but in a quiet rural setting.
The staff. Anna who served breakfast & checkout was excellent.
The rest of the staff are either poorly managed and demoralised or should not be in a hospitality role. Checkin person was rude and didn’t make you feel welcome. Couldn’t really be bothered. The waiters I think must work on...

"Clean room, the owner Frank is a very nice person. He provided us a lot of information. Breakfast was nice as well. The road from highway to the property is rough, but once you get there, it’s really a nice place."
