"The listing for this apartment hotel was misleading. It said that it has Spa Facilities and swimming pool but it did not. There was such in nearby building in another hotel with similar name that charged extra 43 eur and said they have nothing to do with Flora Daisy"

"Great place , roomy , updated and modern well decorated,clean and very welcoming. Will definitely come back ! All amenities that were listed worked fine , not like the other places I have stayed. Hands down worth you money and deff will be my next go to spot when back in Sofia."

"The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment...

"We were a couple checking in, but there was only one towel and one hand towel in the bathroom. I was able to get one when I went downstairs to requested. But, had we arrived outside of the designated times we would’ve been out of luck, because there was no staff on hand. We also had one duvet comforter(sized for a double bed) and only one pillowcase with one pillow on the king size bed. In the cupboard was another pillow, but there was no extra pillowcase, and there was another double bed, sized...
