Mooi gelegen

Hotel ligt tegen de berg aan waardoor het wat lastiger te bereiken is voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Het hotel is netjes ingericht en het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is netjes, alleen ik zou voor het avondeten ergens anders heen gaan. Verwacht niet teveel van de airco. Het bad is net breed genoeg om erin te kunnen douchen. Verder werd het elke dag schoongemaakt & om onze eigen kussens kregen we zelfs nog een schoon kussensloop. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is prachtig richting de zee. In het dorpje zelf zitten een paar supermarkten & restaurants genoeg.

L' hotel Daphne è davvero un' ottimo hotel, ottimo per visitare l' isola. Il personale è molto gentile e affabile, le stanze sono sempre pulite e ogni camera ha un balcone con vista mare. L' hotel è completamente immerso nel verde. Io lo consiglierei.

Ho soggiornato una settimana all'hotel Daphne e devo dire che mi sono trovata benissimo...a pochi minuti dal mare ma abbastanza in collina da essere immerso nel verde..personale gentilissimo, camere pulite anche se un pò datate ma tutto passa quando ci si siede in terrazza e si ammira il panorama...tutte le camere hanno vista mare..nel complesso direi ottimo...

Ho soggiornato per una settimana in questo hotel. Devo dire che la posizione è davvero eccellente. Il personale molto gentile, presente e prodigo a dare consigli. La colazione nella media. Le camere semplici, comode, con splendida vista e con un comodo terrazzino. Il problema però è che lascia poca privacy con gli ospiti della stanza accanto in quanto sono separati da un muretto piuttosto basso. Mi ha sorpreso la mancanza di un televisore nelle stanze.

Hotellet låg i en stad där det mesta verkade nedstängt, vi hittade inte många restauranger att äta på men det kanske öppnade upp fler på kvällen. Inte heller någon shopping eller mysig strandpromenad. Långt till stranden och man behöver definitivt bil för att ta sig till strand och trevliga restauranger. Hotellet verkade passa för folk som gillar vandring, men för oss som ville ha en vecka med strand och god mat var det inget bra alternativ. Vi åkte istället tillbaka till phytagorion som hade allt denna lilla by saknade. Hotellet i övrigt hade en fantastisk utsikt men låg en bit upp på ett berg så inget för den som har svårt att gå, rummen var ok men ingen sensation. Poolområdet var fräscht.

Perfect accomodation option at a great location

We had a very pleasant stay at Daphne hotel thanks to its great service quality and its wonderful location close to best beaches and most beautiful village in Samos. The hotel provides both sea and mountain views, the room was cleaned every day, the staff were very kind and helpful. Its proximity to Kokkari town, nearby beaches of Lemonaki and Tsamadou and the pictoresque Manolaos village is a big plus. The only down side might be the breakfast (still better than most hotels in Greece) that has to be slightly improved to offer more varieties to multiple-night guests. You will also have transportation problems if you do not have your own transport.

Posizione ideale tranquilla nel verde ma con mare

Albergo un po' datato ma ben tenuto. Camere spaziose con terrazzo vista mare. Immerso nel verde é molto tranquillo. Gestione molto presente e sempre disponibile. Colazione semplice ma sempre ri fornita e curata.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our 14 day stay very much. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The only thing that needs big improvement is the breakfast. Nevertheless, I will recommend this hotel in Samos any day.

Excellent hotel in a natural setting

A clean and well maintained hotel in a quiet location with great views of the green and fertile valley towards the sea. The family and staff who run the hotel give a friendly and helpful service with personal attention to your needs or requests. Nothing was to much trouble and very useful information was offered about trips, walks and local attractions. The food offered during the evening was all natural, home cooked and typically Greek, non of the frozen or chilled food we get in many UK restaurants. The bar and swimming pool area are close to each other and the pool was always clean. One side of the pool is deep, small children would need to be watched carefully. The walk up from the village of Agios Konstantinos gets steep near the hotel, but free car parking is available. The pilot on my flight told me Samos was his favorite island, especially the green hills and cooling breezes offered by the north side. I have been to many Greek islands but non match the natural greenery and freshness, even with 30C plus temperatures I found at this hotel. At night the views are across the water to the lights of Turkey. In May I'm told people visit the hotel to hear and record the nightingales as the males sing all night to attract a mate. Personally I was very surprised at the greenery and un-spoiled beauty of this area. This a hotel, and a region, well worth a visit. I will definitely be returning with my camera, recorder and walking boots as soon as possible.
