"We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip on Guelis mountain near Bogor. The sight of the environment is fantastic. Staff was wonderful, more than professional. Really kind people glad to be of help. "Puncuk pass resort is located at one of the best locations in Puncuk. However, resort is very old, not maintained probably due to covid and infrastructure is very old and broken. In our room, all furnishings and towels were very dirty and old. Furniture was also not satisfactory. Condition of swimming pool and outside area needs proper maintenance and cleanliness. Resort will charge you for everything you need extra even water, blanket etc. Size of the studio suite is very small as compared to...

"The place is a little bit far from the main road, but the site is quiet and nice. We enjoyed all the facilities and had a nice and delicious meal in the restaurant due to heavy traffic. The price is not low; however, all hotels in Puncak are not cheap too. However, some facilities are worn out. "
