"Checkin was horrible, was given a room that was already occupied then had to ask for a new room multiple times. Room was dirty and had no towels."

"Although it was not listed as one of the amenities, the pictures listed for this Hotel include it's pool, which was unavailable, locked, empty and filthy. Inside the room, upon first entering, there was a horrid smell that choked you as you came into the room. The mirror for the bathroom was cracked, the bedsheets had multiple holes in them and the towels were dirty, stained, and ripped. "This was my first time using Four Oaks RV and lodging. There were on 12 rooms available in the lodge. The lodging is an older building with a clean room, beds and pillows were comfortable and sheets were clean. Room had a refrigerator, microwave and television and heat/AC. Shower offered body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There were wash clothes, hand towels and bath towels. Over all condition of the room was very good but, there was some wear and tear because of age. "Upon arrival to Motel 6 I was informed the room I had paid for through hotels.com wasn’t available so they charged me again for a room that was so disgusting I left and went to another hotel. The room had a posted sign that said no smoking but reeked of cigarettes, dead cockroaches on the floor, I was given the key to a room that had someone in it already, do not go to this motel 6."
