"The room was disgusting. I took photos to show exactly why I’ve said so. My partner nearly fell down because the toilet seat was broken. The front curtains were barely attached. The window sill was filled with dirt and dead insects. The bed mattress squeaked and we both fell into the middle of the bed. The pillows were little more than pancakes. "The room had not been cleaned or serviced prior to my arrival. Not only was it dirty, but it needed a professional cleaning crew to come in and overhaul it. The deadbolt did not work, there were holes in the walls, trash on the floor, no pillows, paper-thin blankets, toilet paper stuffed in holes in the corners (presumably to deter mice?) The bathroom was unusable. Disgusting bathtub, and the toilet hadn’t even been flushed. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. This hotel doesn’t need...
