"Clean but not supper . We had to change and move into 3 rooms because of poor maintenance. Tv not working and toilet 🚽 water supply found broken . Another room found cigarette smells so we had to move into room number 3 in the middle of the night . And third stilll found smelling cigarette but less smell than room 2 so me and wife had to accepted as it was 12 midnight 🕛 already and we had trip as early 7am 🕖. We paid for breakfast which was really poor .that hotel should consider 2 stars, Reciptionist at that night was not good , with none professional behavior .. I don’t understand why that hotel on Expedia list . I wish it is better to be removed. Thank you for taking the time to read the opinion.."

"Location is good, but free car parking on the street is problematic during the day."

"The hotel itself is not what it was before. Definitely requires renovation. Cleanliness of the bathroom was not satisfactory: toilet seat was not clean and I had to scrub away the traces of urine. The breakfast is alright. No comments. The staff is very polite from the reception to the reastaurant and cleaning."

"Reception very helpful. Even for small things. Always saying Hello or wave as I walk by. "

"It is NOT a smoke free hotel, hence, one can smell smoke every where. Clean and large rooms. Noise and sound insulation is a problem."

"Spacious rooms and large beds. Noisy room due to roof construction works opposite our room. View is horrible and looks over a factory and storage silos. Area is part of the port and isolated from the rest of the city. Staff require extensive training in client relations. We asked the receptionist to give us another room butno responce from her. Although the hotel has a covered auto park, they forced us to park on the main street because we refused to valet park the by a hotel staff. It was a rental and we didn't want any damage on the car."

"Breakfast was great but we were surprised we had to pay extra for the breakfast. I found this disappointing when other hotels we stayed at breakfast was in the the price. The other disappointing thing I found was wi-fi was very limited in time. For God sake 🙏 fix these two problems so I and other future customers can give you five star rating."
