"We had a river view room, but other than that the room was ordinary, not superior plus as advertised when I booked. The hot water went too hot quickly I almost burned myself twice. The closet had no door, the a/c sounded like a plane was passing overhead, you had to get up from the bed to turn off the lights over the bed and break your arm to turn off the reading lights whose switch was behind the headboard. The coffee machine and tea were a nice touch, but you had to go to another floor to get water. The lobby was nice and cozy, as well as the coffee lounge and snacks. Also, one of the elevators was not working, so had to wait a bit during busy times. The location was convenient and the porter and front desk were helpful."

"There was a young man from Maison Kent who helped us take our luggage from Kent to the Chateau. We had to leave our luggage at Maison Kent because there was no holding area for luggage at Chateau and there were No reception/people. We were put on 3rd floor with no elevator and it was a chore to carry up our luggage"

"Very quiet and clean rooms. Sink placement in the room was a bit odd but it’s a historic building. Appreciated the free breakfast each morning which included bagels, salmon, croissants etc."
