"I had to call the front desk about our AC"

"I don’t think we will be staying here again. The room was gross. There was makeup egg on the mirror, hair all over the floor, and the showerhead was crusty. There was a constant banging from the elevators. The staff came to our room at 9:00am, and when asked to return later as we were just waking up, they never returned. There was two beds, and the second one had black residue on the sheets. We couldn’t sleep due to the A/C clicking all night long and the elevator constantly noisy. I will be asking for a refund. The staff was rude when we asked for some coffee and fresh towels."

"I was authentically surprised by how well kept the room was, and the service level of the staff. This was definitely well worth the cost, which shocked me most. It’s a touch loud at night because of the proximity to the freeway, and a few of the guests down stairs, but all in all, I’d happily stay here again."
