It was the worst experience ever. We got to the hotel pretty late, after being in the car for over 6 hours. Our baby girl had a context the next morning, that being the reason for our trip. We got to the room and our key didn't work, went back and forth to the reception 4 times and they realized that the key reader was not working, and they would try to fix it the next morning, therefore every time we got out of the room, we had to wait for the receptionist to come and open the door for us. By the time we got settled in the room was 11:00 PM. The bathroom was disgusting. We had to leave very early that morning and got back to the hotel around 7:00 PM. The key reader was in the same stage and they decided to move us to a different room. We had an event the next day so I ironed our clothes and hung them and when we moved I took the hangers from one room to another, I was charged $50 for the hangers, and even though I've explained the situation, they didn't care, the receptionist, Mrs. Sheila was very rude and disrespectful. I also got charged for the room we moved out from for not returning the key , that never worked to begin with. I will never return to this hotel .
