"The quality reflected the price i paid. The lobby area was well maintained, but my room was literally falling apart in certain areas, and had mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom.
The room was decent sized and the AC worked great.
They also had signs warning to not keep anything in your car as they have a problem with people breaking into vehicles. There was a lot of broken glass in the parking lot."

"The hotel was generally fine, and the cleanliness was acceptable. However, the pillow was very uncomfortable. When I requested an additional one, the receptionist told me that the hotel had run out of pillows! This was the first time I had ever experienced such a situation at a hotel.
I woke up the next morning with a stiff and painful neck. Although they provided me with another pillow the following evening, the neck pain unfortunately continued for two days."

"Very helpful staff during our last-minute stay due to a power outage. They let us check in early, helped us make a reservation for 2 extra nights when CPS told us it might take days for our power to be back on, and then graciously cancelled it when we no longer needed it. Our dog was accommodated with no problem, and breakfast was great. The hotel looks new and is very clean."
