Place was okay. Does need a couple things fixed. TV wasn’t working properly for kids. Bed sheets were a bit dirty. Floor wasn’t cleaned prior to move in.

The hotel smelt moldy upon entering. We booked 2 rooms and both were dirty. The hotel is outdated. One of the rooms had dirty, stained towels. I would definitely not recommend and will not be staying here again.

The unique smell of mold and mildew, with dirty covers, and dirty towels would just be refolded as clean ones. Little roaches in the bathroom, old whataburger bag in the microwave.

The hotel did not have the locks on the outer doors fixed for hotel guest only. Breakfast was served to you and had limited options. The room was very dirty, needed to be properly cleaned. You can tell maintenance fixed the issue but did not keep it looking nice. You are definitely paying for a cheaper hotel. Pool was nice and clean with kind staff.

The place is not what is advertised in the photos. Mold, sticky floors, and unfriendly staff. Breakfast workers look miserable. Very close to leaving for another hotel.

Not safe somebody broke into my truck broke my back window. I talk to the front office and they didn’t do nothing about it before I checked out. I saw another truck that also got broken into broken the window, so it’s not a safe place. There’s no security no nothing would not stay there no more

Room was clean but we saw roaches in it! We requested the quietest room since we had to get up at 4:00 am and go to the hospital for my daughter's surgery. The people on the 5th floor and the ones next to us were very loud. People talking very loud in the hallway, and children running up to 1:00am. If you are looking for a peace and quiet room, that is not your place to go!!

Terrible the pics look nothing like the property mole in the bathroom really dirty. Cabinets looks like dogs and cats went while scratching them ac didn’t work when we got there. Hallways dirty walls look like it’s an abandoned motel. Worse hotel ever stayed at plus made me put 60$ deposit when checking in

The room was wonderful. Very comfortable. AC worked great, soft comfy bedding, clean and updated. Had a miscommunication with the staff that resulted in them knocking on my door multiple times while I was sleeping. I had booked my two nights two different ways and they had not told me I would have to check back in with them at check out in the middle of my stay. I think that could have been handled better. Otherwise I was satisfied with my stay and I would stay there again.

The regular staff was helpful. The manager was not accommodating. I specifically asked the receptionist when we checked in if I would be charged for days if I had to shorten our stay. The receptionist was clear on telling me that as long as gave 24 hour notice before I left I would not be responsible for days I did not stay. Two days later I notified the manager that we would need to cut our stay short and would appreciate the adjustment on the bill. She refused to adjust the bill and would not negotiate any relief. I notified the Choice Hotels corporate office and could not get any relief. The breakfast available is spotty and time consuming to use as the hotel has one person serving, making toast, and pouring OJ/water. You are not allowed to serve yourself. It has been six days since we checked out and still have not received my $60.00 deposit back. I am sure I will not be using this hotel, or any other Choice Hotels in the future.

This property required a cash deposit which was Not mentioned in the website when booking. Which was not refunded until after 9am. The door to our room looked like someone tried to break into it. Breakfast was subpar. The exercise facilites had missing and broken equipment. Lock from the inside of the room was loose. If you have a work vehicle there’s a high probability of having your vehicle broken into. Would not recommend staying here.

Not a bad place for the price a fair deal. WARNING!! My truck was broken into and the front desk mentioned it’s almost daily and it’s ALL the hotels in San Antonio. It’s literally a crime pandemic almost as bad as San Francisco. If you are visiting SA taking everything out of your vehicle! Pay the extra money to go to a nicer hotel with Valet who has parking lot security. If you drive a Ford super duty like we do staying at a valet hotel is now a must. Ford trucks being stolen in SA are happening like crazy. I guess we were lucky with only a busted window. We even parked in front of the security camera the criminals do not care! It’s a shame what it has become I hope this warning helps out a few tourists!
