Room was not cleaned during a day of my stay. No clean towels. Dirty linens and trash left in room. Brought to the attention of the staff and they were unconcerned about it. Never apologetic.

The accountanting leaves a lot desired. I got overcharged on 2 nights.The manager said it would take 2-10 business to to clear it. Unacceptable. I had 2 separate reservations, but the management decided to make it a single one. Bad idea on their part. Screwed up my accounting process.

Was amazing clean property. We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and breakfast was a huge plus . Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely planning to stay here again.

Easy15 mi drive to Lackland JAFB, breakfast was good. Rooms were not very clean. I ended up cleaning the room myself just to feel comfortable. Floor was gross, hair in bathtub/shower, and room was dusty

I really enjoyed my stay. I was in town to see my son at Lackland, he got his wings!! I was dissatisfied with the male at the front counter when I checked in, he was rude. It was late, my flight was bad and late and I was tired and had almost had an accident. He eas very rude. Everything else was wonderful! The breakfast was great!!

Overall. We enjoyed our stay here at La Quinta. Friendly staff and the surrouding area seems safe. The only downfall is that the area being so close to the expressway does get noisy. You van hear the traffic all night. Noise doesnt really bother me though, so it was fine. Recommend. Will definitely stay again.

A great hotel to stay at. The rooms are clean and staff are friendly. It's a little distant from the things to do in San Antonio, but the hotel is great. I highly recommend.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a small variety of foods to eat. Property was clean, but smoking area was too close to the front doors of the building. Overall good stay.

Check-in time was 3pm. I arrived at 2pm. They said the room was ready, but in order to check in (one hour) early, they would charge me $30. So I had to wait in the lobby until exactly 3pm.

The eggs and waffles in the morning were luke warm. The morning coffee in the breakfast area sometimes was warm not hot. The bedroom sheets need to be refreshed. Paint was peeling off the bathroom ceiling.

Exceptional new hotel about 20 minutes away from downtown and airport. Clean, fresh and comfortable. Great if you have a rental car. Plus there are several restaurants and a gas station in walking range.
