"From pre check in to arriving, the host, Rein, was very helpful. Rein was very good at communicating and if I needed anything fixing, or suggestions for visiting, nothing was too much trouble.
I'd definitely recommend the Air Recidences to anyone visiting Makati.
The property was within easy reach, by Grab, to most places"

"The staff here are great, the breakfast was very nice but the AC was not cooling at all and roaches in the room. Not a fan of roaches, but I do understand that they're everywhere and will at some point show up regardless of how well maintained any place is. The bathroom sink had no place to leave our condiments. On the plus side, they have the hottest water in the shower I've seen yet in any hotel in the Philippines. All that said. I'd stay again in the future."

"The room was clean and the a/c was nice and cold-bring something to sleep in. My bed was aligned to the window so I got a great view of Makati. The traffic on the elevators was pretty heavy but you got where you wanted to go. It's not too far away from the red light area for a grab ride- get this app BTW and a Sim card OR connect up to airport wifi.overall, a great stay but keep your texts with the host ready and make sure everything is clear."

All chairs on the dinning has cusion and they are all rip. one of the chair is wobbly and unsafe to sit on. The pictures shown on the Expedia was not the right unit given to us.
