"Aardig hotel .geen hoog vlieger . Geen wc rol hanger , geen zeep bakje .simpel ontbijt maar kon er mee door . Het personeel was aardig . Beetje ver van het centrum. Het verkeer is een chaos om er te komen . Al met al de prijs die we betaalden kwam redelijk overeen met de kwaliteit."

"The room was clean that’s the good thing. Personally it was not my cup of tea. The area was not walkable and it’s in a rundown area near the airport. It doesn’t look anything like the pictures. As soon as I got there I found other accommodations. I couldn’t stay. Since I paid for it I thought I’d spend my last days there since it was close to the airport but when I got there I asked for a floor heater and the electricity went out. I left again. "The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices and a few rotating dishes each day, including local Peruvian specialties. Everything tasted excellent. The staff consistently went out of their way to help, and the service was outstanding.
The hotel is about a 10–15-minute walk from the central plaza. They also provide complimentary snacks and tea, which we enjoyed every day. We had a wonderful stay!"

"It was a budget hotel next to the airport. Rooms were really cold, and it took a while for the water to warm up. Friendly staff. Spartan room with older TV. Breakfast 7-9 am, checkout 10am. Both kind of early. Let us store bags on checkout day for free."

"Great hotel central Cuzco. Great atmosphere . However going to the restaurant required walking stairs which my spouse couldn’t do. We settled for room service and that was good. Breakfast was suppose to start at 4:30 am but only cold food was available until 5 am. They should have two people doing breakfast not one."

"This is one of my favorite boutique hotels around! The staff is super helpful and friendly, and make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door, which by the way they open for you. The rooms are all different and quaint and cozy. The Pisco sours are the best and the atmosphere is excellent. My favorite plus is the warm heating pad that he used to heat up your bed at night and to warm you up around the fire pit if it’s cold outside."
