Crockett Hotel
Cleanliness of the room was not so good. Someone cut their nails and it was on the carpet. Restroom has some hairs and spots. Overall it was really good. Staff were really kind and helpfull.

Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch, San Antonio
Everything was pretty good except dealing with the wildlife…. It took us about 30 minutes to get into our room one night due to raccoons and possums.
