"This hotel is conveniently located and a short walk to the Duomo Cathedral and shopping. The staff was very professional and helpful in answering questions. We enjoyed the daily breakfast to start our day.
The only thing I didn't like was that it is a very old hotel with dated decor, and our room had a tiny bathroom! We couldn't even open the door all the way!!!"

"We would like to express our dissatisfaction with our first night at the hotel, which was terrible. There was a water leak from the ceiling directly above the bed, preventing us from sleeping comfortably.
We immediately contacted the owner to report the problem, but no action was taken during the night. We were only moved to another room the following day.
This lack of responsiveness was unacceptable. Although we were eventually given another room, this did not make up for the ruined night. We...

"The staff was great and very helpful. The place was clean. But the sheets did not have a comforter so we had to try and find it in the room. Additionally the sheets were ripped in random places. We were also right out in the main piazza of the area and during the day it was nice but at night it was so bright and there were no black out curtains so we got light entering in during the whole night."
