Staff informed me that the individual responsible for managing the Expedia/Hotels.com listing under the old name no longer works at the property. Hotels.com customer service stated that they could only issue a refund after contacting the property representative, yet they have been unable to reach anyone. As a result, I was forced to file claim with my credit card company to dispute the charge. This listing is inaccurate, unresponsive, and poses a significant risk to travelers. Avoid booking this property through Hotels.com or Expedia under any name."
