"Charming little hotel with amazing views of the mountains and a wonderful breakfast overlooking the valley."

"Staff were really nice and helpful. The outside looks old and so does the entrance, however, the rooms are modern and extremely clean. There’s nothing missing! I would definitely come back! Danilo was helpful and welcoming and all the staff were friendly and work hard. Italian Breakfast was amazing !!!!"

"If you enjoy a fabulous view, spotless room which is very atmospheric, A wonderful home-made breakfast provided by Susanna in a delightful dilapidated little village. This one is for you! A unique experience. Thank you. ☺️"

"Ci hanno dato un appartamento intero dotato di tutto ciò che poteva far comodo. Siamo stati veramente bene."

"Camera caldissima... condizionatore rotto. Cambio camera... condizionatore fisso a 24°. Quasi come essere al polo nord! Questo l'inizio. La struttura è chiaramente vetusta per non dire decadente, nelle camere le sedia avevano ancora la plastica protettiva... La TV non funzionava, il bagno era pessimo, aveva un mobiletto pensile di plastica anni 50 ad altezza bambino."

"Our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. The dinner—prepared by the hosts themselves—was fantastically delicious. The hosts were kind and very helpful!"

"This was a wonderful place that I would go back to every time I come to Sulmona. Roberto and Giuseppe were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the location couldn’t be better. If I could give this place six stars I would!"

"Il nostro soggiorno nella struttura è stato perfetto. Consigliatissimo!"

"Breakfast is impressive!"

The lady at the front desk told me the room they were putting me in was more expensive than the suite- this was a lie. After getting Expedia involved they repaired...

"We started our visit with a little trouble becausespaciousnesos of the bather we didn't have a functioning phone, so we relied on another resident of the apartment building to get us inside. Once that was taken care of, we were confused about the Mountain View we expected. Our host, however, made certain that those little issues were quickly and kindly taken care of. If you are thinking of booking with this host: DO IT! The apartment we had was great. It was super clean, laid out very nicely...

"Stunning property in a beautiful setting. Everything was perfect - the room, the breakfast, and the pool too. Giada is very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend and will be back!"
