"Horrible roaches every where tv and ac don’t work and it’s very scratchy "

"Room had poor lighting, door was not closing properly had to slam the door to get it to shut, jets in the tub were dirty, shower door was not properly installed and it wouldn't close, found a cockroach in the bathroom , none of our accommodations were available ( late check out and upper floor room) staff was okay, A/C was working and parking was okay "

"Room was clean. Stuff was basically OK. AC worked but it wasn’t crazy hot either - so can’t say how it would be in high temps. We did need to jimmy the vent a little to aim it, it was kinda broken that way. The fridge worked. The TV worked. The WiFi worked. The pool was decent. Stuff was a little rundown - but not terrible. Over all not disappointing, it was a good value. The bed was stiff. Biggest complaint was the pillows were terrible and there were no extras in the room. Staff was very...

"The room looked exactly like the room in the picture on Expedia. I was able to park right outside of my room. The hotel was cute with lots of Route 66 themed elements. "
