Cons: Expedia advertised the room incorrectly as a “twin bed” room (even though the hotel only has queen/king beds only), the room incidentals is $50 per day, paid...

"Everyone was super friendly, very respectful and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. The property was clean. Obviously you're right next to the highway, but the Price is Right! You're also a short drive from downtown Redlands and up in the hills are some beautiful views only about a 5-minute drive. I plan on staying there again!"

"We booked this hotel at 6 pm and arrived at 8 pm. We had driven for 10 hours non-stop and were extremely tired, so we desperately needed rest. But our room still wasn't ready - even through check-in starts at 4 pm. The front deck agent said three couples were ahead of us, rooms were being cleaned, and it could take 2 hours or more with no guarantee.
When I asked for a manager, the front deck agent, Jared, refused, claiming the manager was cleaning the rooms. LOL! I mentioned being a Golden...

"Very convenient to the freeway and numerous fast-food options. Large King room had a comfy dual-reclining sofa, a nice swivel rocker, and a versatile desk chair... But the bed and pillows were far too soft for our liking. The morning breakfast buffet was okay, but the powdered/reconstituted eggs were very wet and had no taste. Also, the sign at the breakfast room said that we could not take our food back to our room, which was rather inconvenient for my disabled wife and me."

"We initially had a problem with the air conditioning in our room and the hotel had no other 2 Q rooms, so we had to move to cramped, smaller room for our first night. We also discovered that "self parking available" did not mean that it is free, FYI. However, the next morning, the a/c was fixed, and we enjoyed the room for the rest of the stay. Beds were comfortable, the 2 Q room was great, breakfast was tasty and varied a little each day, and the Saturday morning staff really came through....
