"The staff was very accomodating, Helped me to adjust the length of my stay. I did not get her name but she was so pretty with long dark hair and recently was living in Canada. Kept me in the loop as they discussed with Hotels.com my options. The hotel is clean, offers meals and drinks on site as well as free snack bar. Great location, beautiful scenery. Thank you to your exceptional staff!"

"Great experience, would recommend! Hotel has a diverse complimentary breakfast and several dinner options within the hotel premises. The location is on the edge of town which was convenient for quickly navigating to trails, but not too many sites within walking distance."

"The hotel was in a great spot to explore the Dolomites, without being too far from Cortina for food options. The views from the property were spectacular. The only negatives were the fact that our TV didn’t seem to connect to the Internet and that there it was very hot in the room (no AC) and we needed to have the window open, which exposed us to noise from the parking lot and TVs on in other rooms with the windows open too."

"Beautiful, nicely situated hotel. Staff was terrific. Especially the hard-working and friendly dining room and housekeeping personnel. I booked a single room and was shocked to find a twin bed built into the wall. Huge uncomfortable until staff provided a topper the next day. Still felt unbelievably small and Spartan, especially considering the price of the room No pool and the sauna was incredibly unimpressive. A sunken hot tub, plunge tub, green wet tile everywhere. Very closed in, dark and so unininviting I lasted only 10 minutes. Breakfast was only OK, and not near the choices and presentation I’ve found in almost every other four-star hotel I’ve stayed in. Except for my room, the hotel truly was beautiful and incredibly well located. And staff could not have been more helpful."
