"Servicio excepcional, el desayuno muy consentidor, los huevitos en su punto, buen salmón y carnes frías, los quesos de primera Juan del bar excelente servicio, en la recepción resolvieron todo y muy amables. La mejor vista al Lago Nahuel. Una experiencia que repetiríamos en mismo hotel, impecable, toallas y ropa de cama, aromas lindos y bien climatizado, el piso tibio en gran frío exterior. Gracias! "Very nice and quiet place, away from the noise and crowds but close enough to the main attractions. I am very pleased with the hospitality, the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Our kid was sick during our trip and they accommodated us with all of our needs to make sure we could make the most out of our visit "

"O lobby é excelente porém as condições do quarto não condiz com as expectativas de uma rede de hotéis dessa categoria. Quarto simples em condições apenas razoáveis. O jantar no restaurante do hotel é ruim. A comida não foi servida conforme o menu. Além disso, não possui estacionamento próprio e o local conveniado é distante."
