Upon arrival, the front desk attendee could not locate the reservation I made through Expedia. Fortunately, they had availability, so, they offered me an upgrade for a few extra USD per night. I stayed in one of their King rooms that faced the street and had a balcony. Other than the noise from the street, inside the hotel was quiet. The room, bathroom, and communal spaces were clean and tidy. The staff members were kind, communicative, and informational. You can walk anywhere in San Cristobal, but the location is perfect, within a two blocks of the Cathedral and Center. I would stay there again.

I had a lovely stay at this small boutique guesthouse/hotel. The rooms were large, very clean, hot showers with good pressure, heating, comfy bed, quiet for sleeping, zen shared space and overall friendly staff. Location is a block off the main square and easy walking distance to nearly all. Value for quality was good. Thanks!

The staff was super helpful. Everyone at the hotel was so kind and assisted me in every way possible. They have a small restaurant in the hotel with breakfast which is included in the price. The Decour of the hotel is lovely and the room was beautifully appointed. Because of the kind attention from stuff I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Also, it is located in the historic area of the city and is only minutes away from everything you would want to see or need. I enjoyed my stay and the stuff also was very Attentive in cleaning and keeping my room. Neat during my stay of several days.

The price is a bit confusing as large rooms are the same as small rooms. I asked about monthly discounts and not much. I stayed another week because the staff was excellent at every level. Perfect 5☆

Excellent location walking distance to the center and many restaurants. Front desk personnel very friendly. The breakfast was very random almost same every day. I have to have breakfast somewhere else on my last day. They wanted to charge me if I wanted milk for my coffee . I rented the cabana which have drainage smell, it’s to small and no cable on the TVs.

Excelente estancia para vacaciones

Excelente hotel, muy cerca del centro, tranquilo, trato amable, habitaciones grandes y cómodas. En una habitación se escucha algo de ruido de la calle por la noche. Limpieza de habitación buena pero en ocasiones nos dieron contadas las amenidades (jabón y shampoo) Ofrecen tours por sitios de interés a buen precio.
