"When we arrived the room was as advertised. However, I was hoping for the ocean view with the hammock. Tatiana upgraded us for the rest of our stay.
The room was clean. The view lovely. The breakfast is healthy and filling. An assortment of breads, cheeses, granola, yogurt, and eggs cooked to order. Not to mention room fresh juices coffee and tea.
The staff, especially Tatiana, was super nice and super helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely."

"The hotel is located across the street from a space used for concerts, there was a massive concert that went from 7pm to 4am, which is part of an annual celebration. This was never communicated to us and the sound was unbearable, my kids and I had to look for an alternative lodging because they couldn’t sleep. When I asked the staff for a place to buy ear plugs they were very rude and not helpful. The hot water took almost 3 showers to warm up, the bathroom needs an update as it has mold and...

"We only stayed one night, as we were making our way back to Quito. The hotel is lovely and the staff is even better! I can’t believe how much work they do…from taking care of your luggage to taking your order at dinner

"I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, friendly, and comfortable don’t even begin to describe it. Easy walking distance to everything. You really can’t beat this place in San Cristobal.
