"Bathroom do not have anything to help handicapped person to get in and out of the bathtub, the sick is not sanitary because is use to wash hands after using the toilet and was use to wash the dishes."

"The breakfast menu was decent and there was a variety of food to choose from. The air conditioner in our room had a hard time keeping up with the heat. Our shower tub drained slow. For the price, room availability and area I would stay there again."

"In our room the bathroom outlet did not work and that was the only mirror so it was hard to do my hair. The lights worked when you wiggled the switch. The floor’s wooden tiles were messed up, the ice machine wasn’t working and the front desk agent that checked us in did not allow me to change my form of payment. I would not stay here again."

"On the surface cleanish, sheets and towels stained, vinyl floor doesn’t appear to get swept or washed regularly as my socks were black from minimal walking. Lack of maintenance or care for the property is evident everywhere. Exit sign hanging off the wall, an ice “room” without a door with an abandoned food bowl sitting in there during our stay and I’m sure it will be there for awhile. When we approached ice machine it smelled like it was rotting. We were in Albuquerque for a concert and options...

"The drive to Hyatt Tamaya Resort is absolutely beautiful and sets the tone for the entire stay. The scenery is peaceful and relaxing, and along the way you pass a gorgeous golf course and horses, which makes the whole experience feel unique and almost secluded from the city in the best possible way. The resort itself is massive, stunning, and incredibly well maintained. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming, which made the atmosphere feel even more relaxing. "Perks: great breakfast, pool, hot tub, and room. Cons: Terrible fitness area with a broken treadmill and a couple of dumbbells. It was incredibly small and could only fit one or two people at a time. Also the side doors were not working so we had to walk around the building to unload all of our stuff. I'll probably pick somewhere else next time."

"Just really old , dated and needs some improving. The hair dryer did not work, the cleanliness needed work. But the staff member who helped me was out check in and check out was sooo great! "

"Overall good stay. Facilities nice. Pool closed one day for event. That was disappointing. We did get a room voucher as I shared my concern. Staff for the most part were not friendly. Not that helpful. Didn’t even tell us about shuttle that was for music festival. Just not friendly."
