"The room was extremely average for Hilton standards especially compared to Hilton SF Bay Front location. The elevator took forever to come and every day guest will wait for elevator for 30 mins minimum. The hotel also had a weird smell and no matter the amount of perfume we sprayed it smelled damp ..."
