"Coffee was delicious; loved having water available. Parking great, easy to access."

"Amenities were not worth paying for. Internet was really slow, morning snacks were scarce, and failed to provide a proper amount of bath shampoo/conditioner/body wash (even after letting staff know). Motion sensor light in bathroom was not convenient as it shut off frequently. Elevator is very slow and small. Staff were not welcoming. Will not stay here again and don't recommend staying here. "

"LOCATION, lLOCATION, LOCATION! We stayed here for the convenience of the location closest to tourist attractions and transportation. The complimentary breakfast is complete with hot and cold items, juice and fruits. The beds were so comfy too! The pool was too cold for winter. Will recommend to stay here. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Taj very much! It’s a lovely hotel and we would be happy to stay there again. Soraya and others at the front desk were wonderful and they are a big reason for our positive review. However, we were a bit disappointed in the following: morning coffee and water in lobby were empty each day, water dispenser in the gym was also empty. Our keys needed to be rekeyed 3x. Our housekeeper who was generally excellent entered our room once without knocking first. Doorman did not notice our return one evening because he was sitting inside on his phone. Although noticeable we considered these small details which are fixable. The Taj is still a special hotel."
