The room was clean, lots of construction in the parking lot area. No electrical outlets at the night stands. IHOP next to hotel a plus. Check in time way too exact, no early check in at all. Most people check out early so the early check in grace period would be nice. Metal beds are terrible the mattress slips and slides.

Parking does cost, but the room was clean. The staff was very helpful. It was a younger guy who helped me check in. We shared a good laugh, and I made sure that he smiled before I left the front desk. Air conditioning and heating was definitely on point. It was a little warm in San Francisco this week, so it definitely came in handy to have the air conditioning. I stay here pretty often, and I will always stay here and make sure that I do let people know that this is a good place to stay. It was a quiet property, no drama, no nothing, and I really enjoyed my stay.

On the positive side, this hotel had a very affordable rate. The shuttle bus to and from the airport worked well and was well organized. There is a convenient IHOP restaurant next door. And the hotel had all the basic requirements for an overnight stay after arriving late at night from the airport. The downside is that the rooms are very close to the 101 Freeway and it is very loud. I would recommend anyone staying there bring earplugs. Although everything worked OK in the room, the general condition of the room wasn't modern. It looked like the room hadn't been remodelled in 30 or 40 years. If you are looking for an inexpensive, no-frills stay near the airport, it will do the job.

I felt the property had a security problem. Poor lighting at night and driveway and parking lots were seriously neglected. The entire property seemed like it was getting ready for a total demolition. Mattress, bedding and appliances discarded in the parking lots. This property may have been upgraded 40 years ago and it’s been neglected ever since. Paint peeling for years and nothing has been done to remedy the situation. The only good thing was the location, it was convenient to the airport and downtown.

I paid $200 for a room, the staff was extremely rude. When I checked in, I never understand why people take jobs dealing with people when they hate people work in the back. The property was pretty dirty. I was really worried about bedbugs. I think I’m fine. It wasn’t any. There was a mattress laying outside. I assumed that’s why it was outside. I definitely would not stay there again if they just had the staff that greeted me without an anger, it would’ve at least made it decent. The room was relatively clean.

We used this hotel for a quick overnight stay before our 15 hour flight. The building and hallways are not very well maintained, and the room floor was dirty. They also didn’t have enough luggage storage before check-in or offer an alternative. The room itself was OK. The refurbished shower was clean, everything worked, and the beds were comfortable for one night. However, toiletries weren’t restocked and housekeeping seemed limited to the basics. Overall, it’s okay for a quick sleep near the airport, but the price doesn’t fully match the level of service and maintenance.

This place is old and in rough condition. I did notice they're remodeling rooms and had tree cutters there perhaps in the future it will look better. I didn't have hot water and someone came quickly to check and eventually got the hot water going. I do believe it's a work in progress to bring it up to date. The staff was nice and friendly. For the price it was ok.

I don’t understand how you can just not answer a lobby phone for an HOUR. We were flying in late (12am) so we called the hotel shuttle line earlier that day to ensure the shuttle would still be running. The automated voicemail said the last shuttle was at 12:40. Perfect. We land with plenty of time to make it. Try to call the shuttle line. Nothing. Call the lobby. Nothing. For an ENTIRE HOUR. How the hell do you just not have someone to pick up those phones?! Do you not have someone at the front desk for late check-ins?!?! The shuttle ended up coming at 1:05am, almost an hour after we had been waiting at the stop, and 25 mins past its scheduled time. The front desk guy was miserable with everyone checking in late. And that’s just the customer service. The actual hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. It’s disgusting. Barely felt safe enough to walk through the 1/2 mile parking lot in the dark, nonetheless stay in the sticky room we finally got into. Gross gross gross. Horrible customer service, sketchy motel, no redeeming qualities. Do not book here.

The good: Comfortable bed, working TV & AC. Close to the airport. The so-so: shower worked, but it was hard to find the sweet spot between hot/cold. Toilet worked, but sometimes had to lift the tank lid to get it to flush. The bad: Exterior of property appeared dirty and not well-maintained. Room furniture and walls were tired and in need of a remodel/paint job. Carpet was badly stained. Flip lock was missing the door part of the lock. Curtains and exterior screen were torn.

There were so many issues I wouldnt know where to begin. Overall the room was clean. Outside is another thing. And their conditions for getting my room were I think unethical. Namely before I could get my key Ihad to produce a credit card or cashI justfound out yesterday that they put a $100 charge on credit card even though my room was paid for and that when I l eft it would take 3 to 5 days to have the $100 put back into my card. Consequently I dont know whats going on with my cards. I have had declines on some of the cards when I knew I still had the credit. The state of the outside grounds of the place were pathic. No watering of plants so they are dying. Constant working on inside rooms, taking up. parking places. The charging for parking when there is none or having to walk a great distance to it. I am a senior with a handicap card. There was only one space for that and they charged me for parking every time I stayed.
