Great place to stay in the city. Rooms are small but modern and clean staff is courteous and friendly. There is 24 hour security its a great place and is affordable.

The rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable. My room was a small, Japanese style, pod. It is a great location in the center of SF. It is located on Market Street. There are a lot of street people outside of the hotel.

This it’s a little Jewel hotel, I felt lucky to find it. It’s so clean the front desk agents are so kind and make me feel immediately comfortable and welcome. 5 stars highly recommended

Convenient location and great bed. The bathroom wasn’t exactly private, which was strange. Breakfast was some carbs and mostly empty. Overall good location and comfortable.

The staff was exceptional and checked in with me daily. They also reminded that they had breakfast and cleaning staff regularly. Very great facilities and catered to everything I needed. Work in tech and have a lot of conferences to go to. I was able to get and use all the main stations for bus, trains and scooters. Theirs always a guard on duty into the evening and nights so you'll have someone to cater to your requests. Thank you to the management team they really made my stay enjoyable for thanksgiving week/weekend. Make sure to ask the front desk for the best recommendations within the city.

what was unique about it was pretty modern interior given the exterior looks pretty old. have great views. staff was pretty chill, rooms were okay size for a solo traveler. overall my night stay there was amazing experience.

great location in SF downtown. The breakfast is very basic. Dont recommend Sky room is small, is only for sleep The hotel is good. The service is good, No is a 4 stars is recomend for sleep. Meter near and many bus around the zone. Front the hotel is a many homeless in the night but no problem in security area.

Beautiful hotel with 24hr security. Key card needed for entry and even to use elevator which I thought was clever. My room was amazing and comfortable. I just wish it had a mini fridge for being a jr suite. Other than that, the bed was great, room was clean and I never heard any neighbors. I’d definitely stay here again.

It’s a great hotel. Clean, comfy, and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. However, the area around the hotel is unfortunate (though it’s not the hotel’s fault, just a circumstance)(the same can be said for all of downtown San Francisco). Just a lot of open air drug use and sketchy people. As long as you stay on the top floors, you won’t hear the commotion downstairs. There is also good security that prevents strangers from entering the hotel. A 24/7 guard and double key card entrance to the building and the elevator. So overall, excellent property in the not best area (though that can be said of every hotel in downtown, even more expensive ones)

Convenient, modern, and bright — but not very comfortable. The location in the city center felt fine, and the hotel’s 24-hour security was reassuring. However, the stay itself wasn’t the most comfortable (the NYC Yotel was better). The room layout was awkward and cramped — I had to climb over the bed to reach the window shades, and the face towels were hung so low they strained my back. Choppy wifi. Very little front-desk support after hours.The only place to sit was on the bed, and the shower leaked water to the bed. The bed duvet fabric felt rough, with a strong detergent odor that made me cough. Breakfast was mostly sugar and carbs. Some fruits and protein would have been nice.
