"We purchased a day pass to enjoy the beautiful hot springs at Rio Perlas Thermal Resort & Spa, and it was absolutely worth it! The pools were relaxing and well-maintained, and we also went on a scenic hike that made the experience even more special. One of the highlights was visiting the farm and getting to pet the animals—it added such a fun, unique touch. We had an amazing time overall and definitely plan to return when we’re back in Costa Rica!"

"El ruido del karaoke que tienen en el bar no te va a dejar dormir si tienes el sueño liviano. Los chicos se esmeran en dar un buen servicio con los recursos que tienen, simplemente no hay una preparación o formación adecuada para proyectarlo, por ejemplo el que hayan pelos por toda la habitación y que uno del staff empiece a cortarse las uñas en frente de las habitaciones son imágenes que contrastan con la apariencia de limpieza y buen equipamiento que tiene la habitación."
