"We pay for all inclusive but that was not the case we have breakfast buffet and that’s it, the bar was not open and the pools need work but is a beautiful place if you like nature and hiking this is the place the access by car is really easy and is close to the town where you can find anything"

"From the moment we arrived the staff greeted us with warm smiles and salutations, and throughout our stay it remained the same. Alan and his wife (the chef), Ariel, Alan’s brother and Andre and Patricia ( another chef) provided us with a rich history of the area and delicious meals. We slept like babies each night in the spacious lodging provided for us. The mountaintop views are breathtaking and taking a dip in the private waterfall was so refreshing! We totally enjoyed our stay!"

"Hummingbirds, right at my doorstep! Hummingbird garden Appreciative I had been upgraded by Alamo with a 4 x 4, taking me to the top of the mountain. I am in decent shape. I preferred walking the paths at the top of the mountain having ridden to those trail heads. This includes parking at the top and walking down to the overlook platform beautiful fuse So much cooler 10 to 15° perfect hiking weather never above 70°F and contrast with my days by the coast not humid not hot Bug spray would’ve been nice part for stormed with mosquitoes on the parts not at all Enjoy the location as well. Enjoyed and appreciated many other places to eat and walk within a few minutes drive"

"My family and I stayed here for 6 nights and had the most amazing time! The property is absolutely gorgeous, peaceful, and just the right amount of isolation in the mountains. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, always checking to make sure you're having a great time. The excursions were fantastic, we highly recommend the white water rafting! I took my 6 year old daughter on it, and felt very safe with the expertise of our guides. If you are looking for a true getaway in nature, this place is for you! You will wake up every morning to the sounds of the rainforest, including the most beautiful birds! The property has trails with waterfalls, a small swimming pool and "warm pool", and the food was delicious. Highly, highly recommend a stay at Rafiki!"
