"Property was in a somewhat remote location that was surrounded by dirt filled fields and burned out buildings. To get to downtown Milan, you have to walk 10-12 min to a subway. Subways run well, however. Room large and airy, but you get nothing - no coffee/tea, no tissues. You have to pay for water. (Other hotels offered complimentary bottles). "A great hotel in the north of Milan. It was very easy to go from there to the city center, but also to the MXP airport at our last day. Parking was no problem. "Friendly staff. Helpful when we needed to change language on our Netflix to English. Room was very clean but small. We only spent one night for transfer to airport. Shuttle was convenient and only had to make an appointment. $5 Euro per person for shuttle. 10 minute drive to airport. Milan airport is very crowded so good to go 3 hours prior for international flights."
