Khách sạn San Giusto

"Overall a great stay! A bit off the core sights we were seeing. We stayed Oct 2026. It was still warm during the day and cool at night though the AC was already turned to heat. Pool is not heated so likely amazing in summer but was a bit cold for us, Hottub and Sauna for rent. The food service was great, very tasting and welcoming staff. Place was very clean and there’s only 10 rooms or 25 guests max which is great! During the week there was low occupancy and instead of buffet they served a...

"One other guest we meet called it the hotel from hell, which somes it up properly. A very strange vibe in this hotel a cross between a murder mystery hotel and a soviet area spa. The staff need to learn how to smile and serve it's customers properly, only the breakfast lady was great. Hotel difficult to get to required 10 km detour, wifi available but without internet access!!!! Had to pay 30 euros per person per day to access the pools. The on-site restaurant was horrible and staff useless....

"Once in a lifetime trip. The facilities, the staff, the rooms, the views, the activities were all exceptional."

"Staff was great! Made the stay feel like home"

"Struttura accogliente, posizionata in una zona facilmente raggiungibile. Personale accogliente e molto cordiale. Ottima colazione!"

"Beautiful property and breathtaking views, but the overall service was disappointing and not what I would expect given the rate we paid per night. 1) Basic amenities were repeatedly missing. Hand soap and body lotion were not provided at check-in. Despite requesting body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion multiple times from different staff, they were not replenished. One evening at 10pm, there was still no body wash for three guests. 2) Wi-Fi did not work. We were given 2–3...

"Staff very welcoming. Property very clean and beds very comfortable. Bathroom very nice. Only complaint are the walls between the rooms were thin and I could hear the adjoining rooms. But about 10:30 pm, everything went quiet and slept well. Plenty of parking on property. Great restaurant near by recommended by staff, “Il Grillo Moro”, definitely top notch. Would stay again."

"Rooms were nicely decorated, spacious and very clean. The grounds overall are well maintained. Breakfast was excellent."

"Excellent staff"

"Camera molto pulita e molto bella, davvero niente da dire, struttura stupenda e personale molto disponibile, colazione molto abbondante ho amato la colazione salata. Abbiamo anche cenato lì e anche la cena è stata buonissima e devo dire anche economica. Se mi troverò in zona ci tornerò sicuramente!"

"Its location only the rest is like the 80"

"Good value"

"Simply charming. Located just a block from the Old Town and surrounded by medieval buildings, churches, and towers. Everything was perfect; the breakfast was delicious and made to order. The fruit, bread, and jams were fresh—no preservatives or pre-packaged products. The person in charge of the kitchen was very kind and attentive. The rooms were lovely, featuring antique furniture, and ours offered incredible views of the Tuscan landscape. We were treated like royalty. Furthermore, the location...

"Nice modern business hotel with spacious rooms. Mine had a balcony too. Plenty of parking on site. I ate in the restaurant which was good and reasonably priced. It’s a bit out of the way, so definitely not somewhere to explore Siena on foot by!"

"Buen hotel. La persona de la recepción fue muy amable, hablaba español y me explicó muy bien los servicios del hotel. La cama estuvo muy cómoda y el desayuno excelente. Sin duda, regresaré."

"Property seem reasonable, staff helpful, rooms are little small and dated, bathrooms need renovation."
