"Nice, clean motel with decent size rooms The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well furnished The lady at the reception was not helpful. I did show her the room description that I booked on Expedia which was mountain side. Her reply " This is Expedia problem, not our". "We enjoyed every aspect of our stay on breakfast was sufficient. Not quite what we were looking for. We stayed for four nights and we ate breakfast there two times. You were happy they had yogurt and muffins. The pancakes came out of the machine that makes them for you. They were very thin. Not very enjoyable. But what I looked the most is they had coffee 24/7. I brought my service dog and they were all very nice and respectful with her. We would stay again."

I discovered this area of Bakersfield has many homeless people lingering about. I am sympathetic to their plight, but I didn't appreciate when a homeless woman came begging for money just outside the front door of the hotel.
