Tìm Cottage tại San José del Cabo

"Staff were good around pool, the staff at reception wasn’t as good, when it was raining there was one guy in particular that let the staff down, and was quite rude about lending an umbrella. Food and drink was very expensive for what it was and in my opinion not worth the price. If they actually reduced price then I would say they would actually have more traffic.

"As it was very hot and humid, question why lobby and at least some of dining area weren't air conditioned. Areas were always clean, staff was kind and helpful. Also, would have been nice to have early morning coffee available Coffee machine in room didn't seem to work."

"Easily accessible to the event that we attended. Ran out of water for bathing, etc. on one of the mornings of our stay which was replenished after a few hours,"
