"Everything was great"

"My family of 3 (4yr old) had a great time here! Staff was wonderful, food was good, pool was clean, views were amazing! We saw dolphins from our room. Will definitely be coming back."

"All around wonderful hotel!! From check in to the courteous staff, to the clean rooms, the spacious pool area (the pool itself was a tad small) but they had fresh towels out there, music playing, and a kiddie pool. Breakfast was also wonderful, with literally all kinds of yummy options. When coming through Rockport this will now be our go to hotel! And we've stayed at several in the area."

"The outside of the property is not very aesthetic, but don’t let that fool you! The amenities are well taken care of and the rooms are very nice. The staff is so nice and helpful anytime we needed anything they were all so accommodating. Breakfast was very good not many options but they had the classic waffles, bacon , potatoes and cereal etc. The hotel is very central to everything although the island is not very big I found we didn’t have more than a 7 min drive to anything. "This was my second stay…and my LAST! These guys tried to charge me $20/ per room to check in2 hours early 2 rooms they said were ready. When I refused and came back in 2 hours, they claimed the rooms were not ready. We had to wait another hour. There are other and better hotels in the same price range. This one sucked."

"Second time staying here. We were here for Memorial weekend, the rooms were clean, a/c worked great. Staff was friendly, exterior was clean. Pool was nice and kept up. It rained this weekend so the pool had some debris but nothing major. Water was cold. We normally grill so that's a plus to have grills in the pool area. Overall great experience. Breakfast on the other hand was not good, very basic, more like just a continental breakfast. We just went to Whataburger instead. I would definitely...

"Hotel was not clean we had to keep going to get towels and toilet paper from the front desk had to show them are dirty towels in order to get fresh towels key card keep malfunction it was just not a pleasant stay will not be returning"

"Our room was very dirty. The bathroom toilet had rust on it. The pull out bed, which I paid $30 extra for was hidden with a sofa cover because the coach was very old and dirty. When we pulled out the bed. It was covered in mold. The mattress had a large blood stain covered in mold. We complained as my adult daughter had nowhere to sleep. They brought her another stained mattress and covered it with a mattress pad. We found a cockroach the size of a finger next to her bed. I asked...

"All was good. The lobby lady was so nice, it started raining and we were a few hours early from check in but she let us eat our food in the lobby and was so welcoming. Great location right across from the beach. "
