I enjoyed staying there the staff were friendly, helpful with information, clean environment. I appreciate the fact that they can communicate in English because I only know the basic in Spanish.My suite was cleaned daily. Very nice

This hotel is was a great experience. Very large and great for the price. Had a stove, refrigerator and washer/dryer. 2 separate bedrooms made our first night even more comfortable. Gated hotel for extra safety.

The property is very nice, comfortable and 24 hr gate security. No one can and will get past the entry gate if you are not a guest. Very quiet, clean and AC worked wonderfully 💯. The water went out a few times but this comes with the country happenings .. Staff very nice and helpful. You will need a car or UBER to move around. FYI driving in Costa Rica is a nightmare .. please consider your plans. I am a native but live in the US.. would definitely stay again .

A very safe place with a friendly staff. Not the best location to walk around for sight seeing or food if you have never been to Costa Rica, but if you are looking for a easy stay within San Jose this is a great place to be.

The property itself was beautiful with well-maintained landscaping and cultural murals. The staff were kind, easily approachable, and went above and beyond to accommodate. The rooms, while a bit dated, were highly- functional with the added benefit of a fully complete kitchen and stackable washer and dryer (which you have to supply the dish and laundry soap). The only downside was that the floors were quickly dirty and that the hot shower was rather lukewarm which I suspect is more cultural. Again, I would easily recommend this hotel and would readily return.

It was nice. A bit expensive but decent. Outdoor areas were beautiful. Inside the apartment we found broken glass and dirty window sills. It was dated but very comfortable.

I’ve stayed here several times. The room was great but the location this time was near the road and was noisy. The previous times the room wasn’t close to the road. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Those are the most important things to me. Great price.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities (couches chairs bed sheets etc) were outdated. The style was very good, Spanish courtyards. All in all I think it gives the bang for the buck.

The 2 bedroom with a fully functional kitchen was very spacious. However, the property is old and need some renovation. Dining and shopping are very limited and I had to drive 10 km to Multi Plaza in Escazu It is a perfect place for 1 or 2 nights and you are on a budget.

Not so Good Stay in San Jose

Not so good. Check in was expedient and friendly. But room was dirty, missing items (toilet paper), Gated security at hotel but area around the hotel is not very safe.

Far away from anything. No staff on nights. Suite was a little run down and not clean. Limited and unknown restaurant hours. Staff not the most accommodating when you could find someone. Will not stay there again. Would not recommend.

I thought it was good, room was clean had everything we needed. Air conditioning worked well other then it was loud. Didn't bother me tho I was just there to sleep I would go back. Breakfast was very simple, coffee wrap, banana, cookie, turnover . Juice tea or coffee . For what I was looking for it was more then enough for me . I'd go back if I was staying in San Jose. As I just slept there and was not there much at all

My stay here was very short. We intended to stay for the week, but our minds changed after we arrived. The property is a bit dated. The rooms appeared clean. I could not sleep because you can hear the traffic outside and dogs barking through the night. The bathroom was very small and had mold in the grooves and ants. I made the staff aware. I was also told not to walk around at night because it was not safe. The staff were fine, but my family and I could not rest at ease so we checked out after only one night. I requested a refund for the nights that I didn’t stay, I’m still waiting.
