"Very nice and helpful person who worked there."

"I was disappointed by the reception team during my recent stay. Despite arriving with heavy luggage, not a single staff member offered to help or even acknowledged the struggle. A hotel’s front desk sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately this one felt indifferent to guests’ basic needs. I hope management addresses this, as a little attentiveness goes a long way in hospitality."

"Hyatt has tried to put lipstick on a pig with this one. Pictures look waaay better than the actual product. Hotel interiors are dated, carpets need replacement, check in staff were going through the motions, and the breakfast with that mass produced omelettes was absolutely pathetic."

"The room was clean and there was plenty of parking available. The location was very close to downtown San Jose and SJSU. Also, several fast food restaurants on the block and across the street. This was an afforable and convenient location to stay for the SJSU commencement."

"The staff is courteous. This is an inexpensive place to stay that is quiet, bed is comfortable, and close to what you need in the South Bay. The cleaning staff is also courteous! I recommend this place if you are not looking for frills, but a clean, inexpensive stay. It's also close to some cafes in walking distance, and a Whole Foods just down the road, about a 1/2 mile, to pick up some eats."

"It was a very dirty and neglected room, and the following are issues I had: • There was urine and hair on the bathroom floor • There was used toilet paper in the bathroom trash • There was hair on the bed, in between the sheets, on the pillows, and under the pillows. • There was almost no place to park When I first went to use the bathroom, I noticed there was hair and urine on the floor in front of the toilet and shower, and there was used toilet paper still in the bathroom trash. "Keep an eye out, sometimes the clientele can be spicy! Props to the young lady working the night desk, because an old man started swinging and NOBODY CAME TO HELP HER👀 Anyhow...BRING YOUR OWN PILLOW. Cheap, clean, convenient, but disclaimer: NO SHAMPOO OR CONDITIONER. One sad soap bar that somehow doesn't dissolve in water 👀"

"Hair dryer does not work, both key cards don’t work. Try to call staff at 11 pm (after hour) and it take 30 minutes."
