She helped us get a taxi to the airport and even noticed we had a surfboard with us and arranged for us to get a bigger vehicle to make sure it fit. We highly recommend this place!"

"No hot water in the shower. Charged us an extra 15USD for the 2nd person in the room. Food was so-so and pricey. They offered fruit for the morning as we were leaving before breakfast was served. They gave us one small container - enough for one person. We’ve been staying here regularly when we arrive and prior to leaving Costa Rica over the years as have friends and family based on our recommendation. "El Hotel no queda cerca de nada que puedas ir "walking distance", no hay nadie luego de las 10pm en recepción, el personal es muy amable y la comida del restaurante es rica. Lamentablemente la piscina no estaba limpia para mi estadia y encontre tres cucarachas en la habitacion."

First stay, we could take advantage of the breakfast buffet with excellent variety and plentiful. Second stay had early check-out before breakfast so the receptionist arranged for a generous snack bag of food to go. Denny's restaurant is right next door for any other meals. Although we didn't have time to use it, there was a gym and outdoor pool."
