We loved this place! It has a real spanish feel to it. We had two connecting rooms on the third floor and really appreciated that the common area was right outside our rooms. The rooms were extremely clean, and the hotel staff was incredibly helpful. when our flight was canceled, they allowed us to extend our stay while we found another flight. The location was also great. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed how near and orderly the entire apartment was. We had a wonderful stay that felt like home. The area was walkable and so close to a lot of fun places to go, so the location made it very convenient for us and our needs! The place itself was beautiful as well and had amenities that worked for us. We would definitely recommend this location to others who are looking to stay in the area!

This place was great for its location, the space itself is cozy and clean, however the street parking is terrible ! Getting in contact with this place was a nightmare, long hold wait times and getting “called back” but then never receiving a call back was very inconvenient. Overall this was a good spot, though, would not stay here again.

I like the fact that it was so easy to find and has great amenities! Breakfast was perfect to start the day, there was a washer/dryer in unit which meant no need to wash when getting back home so that was a big perk! I would stay here again!

The “Family Penthouse” is NOT a penthouse. You are renting 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The living room, dining room, kitchen and back patio are open and available to ALL other tenants in the building. Anyone can walk through those areas at anytime of the day or night. Thank goodness the ONE hot tub was not working so it limited the traffic through the “shared” space. I would NOT recommend renting this space at all. We had issues with the hot water for the shower. It’s heated by a very small “on demand water heater under the sink” and we went 3 days without it working. Then it worked okay for two days, out for another day and finally worked the last day. The host is very responsive and worked with us. Staff was friendly and polite. The area is quieter than staying near nightclubs but the overall facility is in poor condition and needs some work. Clean sheets, comfy beds and lots of towels. We would not stay here again and would have canceled after the first night but reservation was a no refund rental when reservation was made. That should’ve been a clue for us. Bottom line is this facility is struggling but trying to stay in business.

Loved the property. Lindsay the host was incredibly kind and accommodating. Walkable distance to some nice coffee and brunch places, and I could see the ocean from the balcony. I didn't read the special check in instructions ahead of time and still was let in early.

The place itself was beautiful, with a great layout featuring two separate rooms and three beds—nice for our group. The highlight was the balcony, which made for a relaxing experience. However, we did have some issues during our stay. We encountered roaches near the bed and in the bathroom, which was concerning. Additionally, the water pressure was very low, and there was no hot water at all for the first two days, which made things a bit uncomfortable.

A good stay. My only suggestion would be to put reading lamps by each side of the bed. Thanks so much. We loved the neighborhood and Indhira’s kindness to us as well as her setup of kitchen food.
