"Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. "Our flight was delayed because of bad weather up north. We had to made last minute arrangements to stay and chose the Caribbean Presidential Suite Ocean View. Our host Ivan was very informative about the hotel. The room was very clean, the beach was a short walk and convenient. Plenty of places to eat. We were told that the pool was closed, but that was ok. Thank you Ivan for great communication."
