The staff were top of the line, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff! The restaurants were excellent and the pool was great, especially the view! The location of the Sheraton was perfect too-10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Old San Juan, and 10 minutes from Placita Sancurcy. It was also great to have the T-Mobile Entertainment Center right across the courtyard-full of excellent restaurants and bars.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, the amenities were top-notch, and every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. It was an amazing experience overall, and I would not hesitate to return for another stay in the future.

It was my first time traveling to PR and my gf and I decided to stay at the Sheraton for its amenities and location proximity to the beach and Old San Juan. The rooms were great, staff was helpful at every step, and the amenities and access to what we wanted was exactly what we wanted. 10/10 stay there again! The shuttle ran frequently, lots of fun options, pool was great, and the other visitors were really nice and friendly too!!

This is a perfect place for vacationing the amenities were great it was clean and the staff was really nice. The t-mobile mall across the street have a variety of food and things to do.

A weekend stay was well worth it. Rooms were as described and food at the hotel was great. Staff was helpful and pleasant the entire trip, did not even feel like a job but just nice friendly people. Try get a room with bayside view the night views are amazing!
