From the moment that we got there, we appreciated the well air conditioned property and room. The staff was very kind and helpful with our questions because it was our first time. If you are a non-spanish speaker visiting, the staff speaks fluent English. The location is very centrally located and ubers weren’t expensive to travel to the beach, Old SJ, and even the airport. We look forward to staying here again!

The Looking Glass hotel was very nice and the rooms clean and nice size bathroom. I like the amenities and so many restaurants and casinos near by. The only issue was the parking space not included and finding a parking spot near by we had to go around the block like 3 times and also when taking a shower there was no hot water, but staff was nice and friendly. But the place is worthy for the price.

I stayed here after my flight was delayed and I had to stay in PR an extra night. It was easy check in and all digital . The rooms were cool and clean. I would stay here anytime !!! No elevators but only 3 floors and I still would book here again

The actual neighborhood it’s in is not the best but the front door is locked and you can only come into the hotel with a code so that was nice. The community and rooftop area was nice as well, The actual room was the best part!! Recommend for couples but we did have our baby with us and it was great with him there too!!

Bonnie was extremely understanding and accommodating. I really appreciated how attentive and kind she was, especially considering how late it was at night. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that I didn’t have water when I first arrived, but Bonnie made sure the issue was resolved that morning. I really appreciated her quick response and willingness to help.

As previous reviews the door is a little weird but everything else was okay. You get a code to go inside the hotel, as well as a code to open your room. No keys. Other than that it was super clean, got the job done. Stayed for one night.
